This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. First of all, the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the service and amenities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was outstanding. From the well-maintained rooms with a nice view to the basic amenities and cupboards, everything was thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. Finally, the location of this hotel was perfect. Situated in the middle of town, it was within walking distance to the beachfront, allowing easy access to various activities and attractions.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Swakopmund. the location was perfect - right in the middle of town and within walking distance to the beachfront. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The breakfast in the morning was also a highlight, with fresh rolls and a great selection. it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel is located on a quiet street near the beach, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with free internet access and en-suite bathrooms. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a selection of delicious international food, including fish, meat, and poultry, that comes with a wide range of wine.

There might be a lack of knowledge among the staff when it comes to providing suggestions to the guests about places to visit in the city.

I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of this hotel. From the outside, it looked modern and welcoming, and the staff really made me feel at home. I found everything to be clean and tidy, and the facilities were excellent. I particularly appreciated the easy parking and transportation options, as well as the location in a quite area, yet still near to the business and centre of this city. Breakfast was also a highlight of my stay, with plenty of options to choose from.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The hotel location is great, being close to the town centre and main attractions. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and the housekeeping staff seemed to be really hardworking, ensuring a tidy and polished appearance of the room. The breakfast options were quite good and the hot food options were delicious.

The room was really noisy at night, the noise of people passing by and talking really interrupted our sleep, making it difficult to have a good night's rest. The staff attitude was poor and unprofessional, they seemed indifferent and uninterested in providing good service.

Great weekend with satisfying breakfast and cozy rooms. The off-street parking and free Wi-Fi were a plus, also the bar offered a variety of drinks for an enjoyable evening.

The dinner menu was a disappointment after such a great start. Although the service was friendly, the food did not match up to our expectations.
